Through live, real time audio and video you can now learn about macrobiotic cooking in the convenience of your own home.

Our first live broadcasts will last for 30 minutes. In the future we plan to increase the length of the broadcasts.

Students can interact with the instructor during the live classes via convenient text chat to ask questions or for clarification of instruction. These broadcasts will not be in the outdated style of the "tele-course," requiring you to dial-up and then tie up your telephone line, but instead they will be all-internet delivery using advanced technology. No phones or extra equipment is necessary. All you will need is a computer connected to the interenet. The live internet broadcasts of the cooking classes will take an up-close look at the food preparation from the student's view as if standing right next to the instructor, so you will really get to see how the recipes are prepared.

TWO BROADCAST TIMES

Each LIVE INTERNET BROADCAST COOKING CLASS will be broadcast twice, at different hours of the day, in order to accommodate different time zones around the world.

Courses in the LIVE ONLINE PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION category use real-time computer audio communication (not telephone) between the instructor and the students, text chat, and online multi-media presentation methods to present a variety of fascinating topics. Students see the instructor's graphics, pictures and other teaching tools as they are used to demontrate and enhance the topic under discussion. No special computer skills or software are necessary.

Can't attend the live session? Register as an audit student and enjoy the class later!

Those who can't attend the live session can sign up as audit students to watch a complete multi-media archive of the session at a later date.

Each LIVE ONLINE PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION COURSE includes two 60-minute, online presentations and moderated discussions with the instructor and classmates.

Registration is for the entire course, Part 1 and Part 2. The two parts are not available individually.
