Meals
Enjoy three delicious macrobiotic meals Thursday-Saturday, plus a few surprises now and then. Students eat most meals with the instructors, providing additional opportunity for discussion and questions. On Saturday we’ll provide travel food for your trip home at no extra charge. A pre-travel complimentary breakfast will be served on Sunday morning for those whose travel plans allow.
Allergies and Sensitivities
The theme of the course, the meals that will be served, and the home-crafted foods that will be taught, are not intended for individuals with sensitivity to gluten, soy, corn and/or wheat, or for those who choose to be on a strict healing diet. For students with these allergies, sensitivities and special needs, we recommend our Steps To Health Intensive.
In consideration of others, students are asked not to wear perfumes or other fragrances during the course.
