In response to the many requests for introductory online instruction, we've created this two-session online program as a great way to learn, in the convenience of your own home and in a short time, about the macrobiotic way.
Introduction to Macrobiotics is offered each month on two back-to-back Mondays, 6pm-7pm Pacific Time. Advance registration is required.
No special software or computer skills are necessary. If you want to communciate via audio during the sessions, a computer headset with microphone will be needed. An inexpensive headset can be purchased from most electronics stores such as Radio Shack. You can still participate in the online course without a headset and audio.
The course makes use of multi-media, including pictures, PowerPoint, audio and live text communication. Printable course materials will be available.
This session is an excellent way to learn more about macrobiotics, ask questions of experienced teachers, and decide how to get started, what to buy, where to shop, what to begin cooking, etc.
Can't attend live online? If you can't attend the live online sessions, you can still have access to the course materials. Register as an Offline Student.
