Are you looking for more information about macrobiotics than what’s in the books? This session will give you the opportunity to understand the basic approach of macrobiotics, and you’ll have plenty of time to ask all of your questions. Many common questions will be addressed such as the following:

“What are some simple and practical principles to follow?”
“Is macrobiotics about eating Japanese foods?”
This live online class will be presented via the same state-of-the-art virtual classroom system used by many major corporations and universities world wide, and it will include live audio, graphics and other media.
A broadband (Cable or DSL) connection is necessary.

After you have registered and paid, you will receive an email with class access information 24hrs before the class begins. If you register later than 24hrs before the class begins, you will receive the class access email as soon as your registration has been processed and assigned to the class.
